These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Marlomag. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to the following:
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Marlomag, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of the service
Marlomag is an expense- and income-management tool for freelancers and SMEs: it digitizes and organizes your invoices and expense receipts, and shows you a summary (P&L) of your financial activity. Marlomag is not an officially authorized invoicing system with a certified numbering sequence, nor a tax or accounting advisor; see the "Important information" section on the homepage for details.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
4. Free trial, plans, and billing
New accounts get full access free for 7 days. Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor, and have no minimum commitment — cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Additional scan-credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once processed.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Marlomag for unlawful activities, to compromise the platform's security, or to upload documents that do not belong to you or that you are not authorized to use.
6. Intellectual property
Marlomag and its software, brand, and design belong to their respective owners. The data you upload (your invoices, expenses, and clients) remains your property; we process it solely to provide you the service.
7. Limitation of liability
Marlomag is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that automatic data extraction is 100% accurate, and we are not liable for tax, accounting, or business decisions made based on the information the platform shows. Always consult a professional before using this data for any tax filing.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of Marlomag after a change means you accept it.
